Grip Socks Required

For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are mandatory for all classes. Forgot yours? No worries—we’ve got some available for purchase at the studio.

Fresh Hair? Let Us Know.


If you’ve just had your hair done or recently got a spray tan, please let your instructor know before class so we can provide a mat for extra protection. We love a good glow-up — and we love keeping our equipment fresh, too.

Shoes Off, Serenity On


Our studio is inspired by Japandi style — rooted in simplicity, calm, and intentional living. To honor that, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the door. Spa sandals are provided at the entrance for you to slip into. Please take all personal items with you to the back cubbies before class begins. Let’s keep our space clean, grounded, and aligned with the energy we want to create.

Yes, There’s a Train


And yes… it will try to make you late. If you’re coming from Chartres, turning right on Franklin is your best bet. Franklin Street turns into Navigation and goes under the tracks. Accidentally take Commerce and hit the train? Just turn right on St. Emanuel, then right on Franklin to then loop around. Easy, breezy, and train-free.

DIY Check-In & Check-Out


When you arrive, please check yourself in using the iPad at the front. Want to shop? You can browse and check out any of our products right through the Vera Pilates App — easy, seamless, and stress-free.

Canceling? :(


We get it — life happens. Running late or can’t make it? Please cancel at least 12 hours before class start time using the Vera Pilates app or website to avoid a late cancellation fee.

We’re not able to accept cancellations via phone, text, or email (we like to keep it simple + streamlined).

Booking & Waitlist


Classes fill up fast! Booking early guarantees your spot. The schedule opens Sunday at 6pm.


If a class is full, join the waitlist. Spots may automatically open up to 120 minutes before class — once added, you’re responsible for canceling within the 12-hour window if needed.

Please maintain a valid card on file to avoid booking interruptions.

How the Waitlist Works


Doors unlock 10 minutes before class.

Doors lock at class start. Entry is not permitted 5 minutes after class begins. Late arrivals will be marked as a no-show.

No Refunds, No Transfers

All purchases are final—no refunds will be issued for missed classes or cancellations outside the allowed time frame. Classes and memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder.

One Class Per Day

To keep things fair and balanced, VERA-fied Platinum membership holders are limited to one class per day—make it count and give it your all! (This policy does not apply to class pack holders.)

Substitute Instructors


We reserve the right to provide substitute instructors when necessary—same great class, same high-quality experience.

Photos & Videos


To respect everyone's privacy and maintain a comfortable environment, recording during class sessions is not permitted. If you'd like to record content, please obtain prior permission from the instructor or contact us at contact@verapilates.com. We can arrange a private session where you can create the content you need without disrupting others.

Late Cancellation/ No Show Policy

DIY Check-In & Check-Out


We keep our classes intimate, so every spot truly matters. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time using the Vera Pilates app or website to avoid penalties. Doors close promptly 5 minutes after the scheduled class time. For safety and flow, late arrivals will be marked as a no-show.


We’re not able to accept cancellations via phone, text, or email (we like to keep it simple + streamlined).


If you cancel late, no-show, or arrive 5+ minutes late, here’s what happens:


Unlimited Members

  • Late Cancel (within 12 hours): $15 fee
  • No-Show or 5+ minutes late: $15 fee
  • Fee Exemptions: 2 late cancel exemptions per month*
  • Exemptions do not roll over.

(No exemptions apply to no-shows.)


Bronze, Silver & Gold Members

  • Late Cancel (within 12 hours): Session forfeited + $10 fee
  • No-Show or 5+ minutes late: Session forfeited + $15 fee
  • Fee Exemptions: 1 late cancel exemption per month*  (applies to fee only — session still forfeited)
  • Exemptions do not roll over.

(No exemptions apply to no-shows.)


Single Class, Class Pack, Intro Offers, and AIRE Memberships

  • Late Cancel (within 12 hours): Session forfeited + $10 fee
  • No-Show or 5+ minutes late: Session forfeited + $15 fee
  • No exemptions.


*Your exemption window begins on the date of your first late cancellation and remains active for one (1) month from that date. After that 30 days ends, the exemption window resets.
