VERA PILATES MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

By booking a class at Vera, you're agreeing to the terms below—our little love note of policies designed to keep everything running smoothly for you and our community. Just a heads-up: these terms can be updated at any time to reflect what’s best for our members and studio flow. We’ll always keep it fair, transparent, and aligned with your Vera era.

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Vera Pilates LLC (“Vera Pilates,” “Studio,” “we,” “us”) and the individual purchasing a membership (“Member,” “you”). By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

1. MEMBERSHIP TERMS & BILLING

1.1 Membership Plans – Your membership grants you access to classes as outlined in your selected plan (Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Founders Unlimited). Gold members are allowed 1 guest per month, and Platinum Unlimited members receive 2 guest passes per month. This applies to Founders Platinum Yearly members as well.

1.2 Auto-Renewal – All memberships are set to auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled per the cancellation policy (see Section 4).

1.3 Billing & Payments –

Your payment method will be charged on the same date each month.

You are responsible for ensuring payment details are up to date.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If unsuccessful, access to classes may be suspended until payment is resolved.

1.4 Pricing Adjustments – Vera Pilates reserves the right to update membership pricing with a 30-day notice via email. Pricing changes will not apply to active billing cycles.

2. CLASS BOOKING & EXPIRATION POLICIES

2.1 Class Reservations – Members must book classes in advance using our online platform. Class spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2 Class Expiration –

Single classes expire 1 month from purchase.

10-class packs expire 3 months from purchase.

Intro Offer expires 2 weeks from the first class used

Monthly membership class credits do not roll over.

2.3 No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
We keep our classes intimate, so every spot truly matters. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time using the Vera Pilates app or website to avoid penalties.

We’re not able to accept cancellations via phone, text, or email (we like to keep it simple + streamlined).

If you cancel late, no-show, or arrive 5+ minutes late, here’s what happens:

Unlimited Members

  1. Late Cancel or No-Show (including 5+ minutes late): $15 late cancel/no-show fee
  2. Fee Exemptions: 2 per month

Bronze, Silver & Gold Members

  1. Late Cancel (within 12 hours): Session forfeited + $5 fee
  2. No-Show or 5+ minutes late: Session forfeited + $5 late cancel fee plus additional $10 no-show fee ($15 total)
  3. Fee Exemptions: 1 per month (applies to fee only. session still forfeited)

Class Pack Holders

  1. Late Cancel (within 12 hours): Session forfeited + $5 fee
  2. No-Show or 5+ minutes late: Session forfeited + $5 late cancel fee plus additional $10 no-show fee ($15 total)
  3. No fee exemptions

Intro Offer Holders

  1. Late Cancel (within 12 hours): $5 fee (class is kept)
  2. No-Show or 5+ minutes late: $5 late cancel fee plus an additional $15 no-show fee ($20 total — class is kept)
  3. No fee exemptions


3. GUEST PASSES & STUDIO POLICIES

3.1 Guest Passes –

Platinum & Yearly Unlimited members receive 2 guest passes per month.

Guest passes must be used within the month and do not roll over.

3.2 Guest Policy for Class Packs –

Members can use their 10-class pack to book a friend for a class. A class will be deducted from their pack for each additional booking.

3.3 Studio Etiquette & Safety –

If you have recently dyed your hair or been spray tanned, please inform the instructor so they can provide you with a mat to protect our reformers from staining.

Members must follow instructor guidance and respect studio policies.

Proper attire and clean grip socks are required for all classes.

Vera Pilates reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the studio environment.

4. CANCELLATIONS & MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT

4.1 Membership Cancellation –

Monthly memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment before cancellation.

After the 3-month commitment, cancellations require a 7-day notice before your next billing date to process.

Yearly memberships are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made via the Vera Pilates app or website — we do not accept cancellations via email or in person.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER & AGREEMENT

5.1 Assumption of Risk – By participating in any class, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity and Pilates exercises.

5.2 Release of Liability – Vera Pilates, its owners, instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation.

5.3 Health Certification – You affirm that you are in good physical condition and do not have any medical conditions that prevent safe participation.

5.4 This section is not a substitute for our full liability waiver. All participants are required to complete and sign the official Vera Pilates Liability Waiver prior to attending class. No exceptions will be made.

6. TERMS ACCEPTANCE By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this Membership Agreement. Vera Pilates reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice.
